1. Purely For Fun & Entertainment: DP Circle India is an indie novelty showcase built solely for fun and entertainment. It is NOT a corporate marketing service, investment program, advertising agency, commercial financial scheme, or guaranteed publicity mechanism. No follower count, impressions, or business returns are guaranteed.
2. Strict 18+ Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate, claim a spot, or submit any payment on this platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from submitting payments or claiming spots.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or submitting any profile information, avatar, or payment to DP Circle India (“we”, “our”, or “platform”), you signify your unconditional agreement to these Terms of Use and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Individual Participation Only
This showcase is strictly reserved for individual creators, students, hobbyists, and artists. Brands, corporate entities, commercial companies, MLMs, gambling portals, adult services, and illegal services are strictly forbidden. Any such submissions will be rejected without refund.
3. Voluntary Micro-Contribution
The fees paid (e.g. ₹49, ₹99, ₹199, or outbids) represent voluntary micro-contributions to reserve digital pixels on the platform wall and support hosting costs. Spot placement is subject to manual admin verification of payment ref (UTR).
4. Secret Edit Key & Responsibility
Because DP Circle does not require any passwords or account registration, your 6-character Secret Edit Key is the sole key to editing your spot. You are solely responsible for saving this key. We do not store email addresses and cannot recover lost secret keys.
5. Content Rights & Removal
You certify that you own or have the right to display the uploaded photo, avatar, and social handles. We reserve the absolute right to hide or remove any profile that violates law, copyright, or decency, or upon receiving credible abuse reports.
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation.
