1. Information We Collect
When you voluntarily claim a spot on DP Circle India, we collect only the information you choose to make public:
- Public Profile Details: Your display name, public Instagram @handle, category, short bio, and chosen profile picture (avatar).
- Optional Social Links: YouTube, X, LinkedIn, or personal website URL.
- Payment Reference / Order ID: The transaction reference number generated by Cashfree Payments upon successful checkout, used solely to confirm payment status.
- Secret Edit Key: A randomly generated 6-digit key assigned to you to enable self-serve editing of your profile.
2. How Your Information Is Used
Your public details are published on the public Circle Wall for visitors to browse and discover. We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your data to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.
3. Financial Data & Payment Security
We do NOT store, access, or process your bank account numbers, debit/credit cards, CVVs, UPI PINs, or banking passwords. All transactions are encrypted and processed by Cashfree Payments, an RBI-licensed payment aggregator with PCI-DSS Level 1 certification.
4. Public Visibility & Deletion Requests
Because DP Circle is a public showcase, any information you post is publicly viewable on the internet. If you ever wish to have your spot removed or hidden, you can edit it with your Secret Key or email us with your Cashfree Order ID for permanent deletion.
