Because a claimed spot is an instant digital product that allocates permanent pixels and public visibility on the Circle Wall, all contributions (₹49, ₹99, ₹199, and outbids) are strictly non-refundable once approved and published.
1. Service Delivery
Service delivery is considered complete when your submitted profile and avatar are approved by our moderator and appear live on the public DP Circle Wall.
2. Outbidding on the Top Creator Throne
The Top Creator Throne is an interactive digital auction pedestal. When another participant outbids your offer, your spot is automatically transferred to the permanent VIP Spotlight (₹199 tier) on the wall. The outbid fee is non-refundable as the throne holding time and VIP placement were delivered as agreed.
3. Accidental Duplicate Payments
If a banking or network error results in duplicate deductions for the exact same order or spot, please contact us with your Cashfree payment confirmation. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
